Become a Coach

The Becoming A Coach Introductory program is for anyone with an interest in coaching or in any of our Coach Training Programs. This four-week teleclass program will not only be an informational resource for you, but will give you an experience of virtual learning and training. During this 4 week program, we will cover how to get started as a coach, the intersection between personal development and coaching, coaching models that you can start using today and business basics including marketing strategies.

During this 4 week program, we will cover :

  • Getting started as a coach
  • Why clients hire coaches
  • Coaching skills – introduction to real coaching tools and methods
  • An overview of certification and credentialing with the International Coach Federation, the peak governing regulatory body of coaching. www.coachfederation.org
  • 2 coaching models, that you can start using today, one will be demonstrated.
  • Key coaching skills and methodology
  • Introduction to building / developing Personal Foundation – get a taste for the first 3 of the 21 modules within our Personal Foundation program
  • Business basics of coaching – setting up, networking, structuring, pricing, introductions, marketing ideas, principles of building a practice
  • Hear coaching by a Master Certified Coach [MCC] have the possibility of being coached
  • Benefits of Becoming a Coach
  • The Coach U and Corporate Coach U’s Programs and Services
  • Questions and concerns that you have in regards to Coaching
  • Beginning of a coaching career
  • An Overview of clients and possible client situation

Increase your knowledge of the coaching profession, have fun researching, link with others who are interested and talk to a Master Certified Coach.
You will walk away with a lot of information, tools and strategies.
You may wish to get started as a professional personal, individual, career, business or corporate coach or just have the tools, skills and resources to implement in your life.

Important Note: Programs can fill up early. Please enroll promptly for your program of choice.

This course is OPTIONAL and not required as a prerequisite for any of our Coach Training programs.
