Benefits of attending the Licensing Program

Essential Conversations for Developing Others (ECDO-LP) is designed to stretch, challenge and build on participants’ coaching and facilitation skills while equipping them with the knowledge and tools required to lead a successful Essential Conversations for Developing Others program.

Once you complete this program not only do you have the skills and resources to assist managers, executives and leaders have coaching conversations, you also have the license to immediately deliver the Essential Conversation for Developing Others  2-day program to your clients and staff.

In this four-day Train-the-Trainer program, participants both experience the Essential Conversation for Developing Others program and learn how to deliver it. The master facilitator(s) will challenge you to learn through interaction and direct practical experience. In addition, participants receive training in coaching ‘at the front of the room’. As this program has a high coaching content, participants leave this training with more advanced coaching and facilitation skills.

The program is structured in 2 parts:

  •  on each of the four mornings, participants experience a half-day of the two-day Essential Conversation for Developing Others program
  • in the afternoons, participants explore the content in more detail through additional applied exercises, practice sessions, role-play and discussion groups.

Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitators – who are also CoachInc.com CEP/ACP/ACCP graduates – $3195

Important Details

  • If 10 or fewer participants enrol, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Should this occur, all tuition collected to date will be refunded.
  • Though it is not common our programs are cancelled, to avoid confusion and disappointment, we request participants who register prior to program confirmation, do not purchase airline tickets until the program is confirmed. If flight tickets/accommodation is purchased, please secure insurance and/or flight tickets that are refundable. No refund will be provided by Coachinc.com on airline tickets or accommodation booked, prior to the program being confirmed to proceed.
  • If for any reason we are required to cancel the program, once it has been confirm, we will refund all tuition collected to date. We request participants reserve fully refundable tickets, though program cancellation is rare, there may be circumstance beyond our control.
  • You will be responsible for the long distance charges that may be incurred for the teleclass.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Due to the special nature of this program, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide withdrawal refunds for the Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program to anyone for any reason.
  • Late Enrollment Surcharge: Students enrolling after the registration deadline will incur a $300 AUD surcharge in addition to the regular tuition fee quoted.
  • Transfer Policy: As an alternative, your tuition may be passed on to another person or ‘held over’ for a future program. ** We need to be advised in writing and a transfer or ’held over’ request will incur a AUD$250 to AUD$500 charge, depending on the date that we are advised in relation to the program commencing.
  • Student Textbooks: Will be provided to you on the first day of your program.
  • Enrollment Policy: Please ensure that you read our comprehensive, crucial enrollment policy relating to Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program prior to enrolling.
