The 2-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others™ (ECDO) leadership development program provides an answer to this problem.

One of the core competencies that successful organisations now require is that managers focus on developing others to ensure continuity, smooth succession and sustained growth. Corporate Coach U’s newest program is designed to equip leaders to address this key competency.

Building on the skills and tools introduced in The Coaching Clinic®, the 2-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others™ leadership development program has at its core the belief that managers can successfully initiate developmental conversations through a coach approach. This exciting new program trains participants to recognise and/or create opportunities for developmental conversations, and teaches how to maximise these opportunities for leadership development.

Who is the 2-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others™ (ECDO) leadership development program for?

The 2-day Essential Conversations program lasers down on having generally challenging conversations to the most difficult conversations that are impeding the acceleration of business performance. Participants of the 2-day Essential Conversations program learn how to communicate much more effectively with their:

  • Executives and directors
  • Board of directors

When you facilitate a 2-day Essentials Conversation program, internally in an organisation or externally in a private or public event, your participants will also leave with:

  • Clarity concerning their personal coaching and communications style through Corporate Coach U’s PCSI™ assessment
  • Insight regarding others personal coaching and communications style through Corporate Coach U’s PCSI™ assessment
  • Core coaching skills to achieve improved workplace performance

Who is the 4-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program™ (ECDOLP) for?

The 4-day Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program™ (ECDOLP) is a train-the-trainer program for HR professionals, training and development leaders, all managers and supervisors, new and emerging leaders, internal or external coaches, consultants, and others who are dedicated to a next-level launch in designing a coaching culture in the workplace.

The Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program (ECDOLP) is designed to stretch, challenge and build on participants’ coaching and facilitation skills while equipping them with the knowledge and tools required to lead a successful Essential Conversations for Developing Others program.

In the 4-day Licensing Program, participants both experience the ECDO leadership development program, and learn how to successfully deliver it.

Our experienced program facilitator(s) will challenge you to learn through interaction and direct practical experience. In addition, participants receive training in coaching ‘at the front of the room’.

This program has high coaching content; you will leave this training with more advanced coaching and facilitation skills.

The program is structured such that on each of the four mornings, participants experience a half-day of the 2-day EDCO program. In the afternoons, participants explore the content in more detail through additional applied exercises, practice sessions, role-play and discussion groups.

A $500 payment deposit is required to secure your place in this program. Important Details

  • If 10 or fewer participants enrol, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Should this occur, all tuition collected to date will be refunded.
  • Though it is not common our programs are cancelled, to avoid confusion and disappointment, we request participants who register prior to program confirmation, do not purchase airline tickets until the program is confirmed. If flight tickets/accommodation is purchased, please secure insurance and/or flight tickets that are refundable. No refund will be provided by Coachinc.com on airline tickets or accommodation booked, prior to the program being confirmed to proceed.
  • If for any reason we are required to cancel the program, once it has been confirm, we will refund all tuition collected to date. We request participants reserve fully refundable tickets, though program cancellation is rare, there may be circumstance beyond our control.
  • You will be responsible for the long distance charges that may be incurred for the teleclass.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Due to the special nature of this program, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide withdrawal refunds for the Essential Conversations for Developing Others Licensing Program to anyone for any reason.
  • Late Enrollment Surcharge: Students enrolling after the registration deadline will incur a $300 AUD surcharge in addition to the regular tuition fee quoted.
  • Transfer Policy: As an alternative, your tuition may be passed on to another person or ‘held over’ for a future program. ** We need to be advised in writing and a transfer or ’held over’ request will incur a AUD$250 to AUD$500 charge, depending on the date that we are advised in relation to the program commencing.
  • Student Textbooks: Will be provided to you on the first day of your program.
