Our 2009 program sold out. This is a non-residential program.

Dates and Times

Orientation – Teleclass
Wednesday 17 November @ 8pm to 9pm (Mumbai time)
Thursday 18 November @1.30am to 2.30am (AEDST – Sydney time)

Live Session – In Person
Monday 22 November to Saturday 27 November 2010

8:30am to 6:00pm
(plus 2 hours of homework each evening and a special project on either Thursday or Friday)

Follow-up – Teleclass
Wednesday 1, 8, 15, 22 December 2010 @ 8pm to 10pm (Mumbai time)
Thursday 2, 9, 16, 23 December 2010 1.30am to 3.30am (AEDST – Sydney time)

Important Live Session Notes

There will be approximately 2 hours of homework Monday-Thursday evenings and a special project on Friday evening which will likely take several hours.
To maintain a distraction-free environment for all participants, ALL computers, mobile phones and PDA’s must be turned off in the meeting room while the program is in session (no exceptions). Devices may only be used during breaks.
Missing any portion of the live session will result in delaying your graduation date by a couple to several months. Due to the special nature of this program, no exceptions or reasons will be granted. Program completion will be delayed due to significant make-up coursework that be required.
We will end between 5:30pm-6:00pm on Saturday with important closing activities. If you choose to fly out on Saturday night, please plan on departing the hotel no earlier than 6:15pm to make later flights.

Important Follow-Up Course Notes

There will be approximately 2-3 hours of homework each week between teleclass sessions.
Mark the Follow-Up course dates in your calendar/diary TODAY to avoid disappointment! If you are absent from any portion of this course, course credit will not be awarded and your graduation date will be delayed. Due to the special nature of this program, no exceptions or reasons will be granted. So, again, to avoid disappointment, please enroll in the program with a) the intention on completing all 4 follow-up sessions and b) know and agree to the fact that if you miss any session for any reason whatsoever, your graduation date will be delayed as you make up 12 hours in the regular Core Essentials teleclass-based system.
FYI, the Core Essentials Program and Advanced Program teleclasses have a more lenient missed-session policy.
Most, if not all, students find that they want to complete their follow-up hours with their colleagues and instructor(s) from the live session.

Faculty

The Core Essentials Fast Track Programs will be delivered by Senior Coaches, CoachInc.com Advanced Program Graduates and ICF-credentialed coaches at the PCC or MCC levels. We prefer to have facilitators who with a successful track record in coaching and a successful track record in the teleclass-leading environment. It is more important to us that this training program is facilitated by masterful coaches who know something about training rather than masterful trainers who know something about coaching. We want you to learn from experienced masterful coaches who are also good trainers.

Special Pricing for the Second Ever Core Essentials Fast Track Program in India

This is the second time we are offering this program in India. To ensure it is a success, we are offering a discount for this second program. Save AUD$1000!

Early Bird - registration on/before 8 October 2010 – $3400 ***SAVE $1000***
Standard – registration on/after 9 October 2010 $4400
Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitators - $3600
Two or more participants – from the same organisation – $3100

Registration deadline is Monday 15 November 2010.

Tuition includes pre-live event orientation teleclass, live event, four week 2-hour per night post-live event teleclass and 3 text books. Tuition also includes six-months of access into the Core Essentials Program (CEP) to repeat courses covered in the live event to refresh your learning and continue to practice skills as well as to gain more tools, skills and resources. Participating in the teleclass-based CEP is optional as many certification-minded students often move directly into one of the Advanced Coaching Program.

Accommodation suggestions if required:

It is not required you ‘reside’ at the workshop location during the program. Accommodation is the responsibility and choosing of individual participants.

Roommates: If you would like to share a room with someone, let us know when you enrol.

Important Details

If 10 or fewer participants enrol, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Should this occur, all tuition collected to date will be refunded.
Though it is not common our programs are cancelled, to avoid confusion and disappointment, we request participants who register prior to program confirmation, do not purchase airline tickets until the program is confirmed. If flight tickets/accommodation is purchased, please secure insurance and/or flight tickets that are refundable. No refund will be provided by Coachinc.com on airline tickets or accommodation booked, prior to the program being confirmed to proceed.
If for any reason we are required to cancel the program, once it has been confirm, we will refund all tuition collected to date. We request participants reserve fully refundable tickets, though program cancellation is rare, there may be circumstance beyond our control.
You will be responsible for the long distance charges that may be incurred for the teleclasses.
Withdrawl Policy: Due to the special nature of this program, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide withdrawal refunds for the Core Essentials Fast Track Program (CEFTP) to anyone for any reason.
Late Enrollment Surcharge: Students enrolling after the registration deadline will incur a $300 AUD surcharge in addition to the Regular Tuition fee quoted.
Transfer Policy: As an alternative, your tuition may be passed on to another person or ‘held over’ for a future program. ** We need to be advised in writing and a transfer or ’held over’ request will incur a AUD$250 to AUD$500 charge, depending on the date that we are advised in relation to the program commencing.
Student Textbooks: Do not purchase the textbooks online as they will be provided to you on the first day of your workshop. If you purchase a set online, unless you choose to keep two sets, you will have to return the books to the distributor and we (CoachInc.com) will not be able to provide a refund or discount to you.

Since we run a limited number of live/in-person fast track events per year, the Core Essentials Fast Track Programs typically sell out.
