Coaching Clinic® Facilitator Licensing Program (CCLP) Australasian Programs
Companies with large training departments find it cost-effective to have internal professionals trained and licensed to deliver The Coaching Clinic® to company employees. CCU s Senior Coach Associates can conduct an internal train the trainer for the company. This program is also available to coaches who wish to become licensed to deliver the Coaching Coach.

Advanced Coaching Clinic® Essential Conversations for Developing Others (ECDO-LP)

Essential Conversations is for leaders who have completed the four-day Coaching Clinic and are ready to go to the next level with their coaching.

Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (PCSI)
A one-day workshop package designed for coaches, trainers, leaders, and consultants on how to use to boost the effectiveness of coaching conversations.
The inventory is a tool that identifies four principal communication style traits and explains why and how these natural tendencies influence behaviour and interaction during coaching conversations. With an understanding of these styles, you can better tailor their communications to suit individual and team needs.
