Become a Coach Teleclass 4-week Program
This introductory program is for anyone with an interest in coaching or in any of our Coach Training Programs. All you need is a telephone to be a part of this information-rich program. The Becoming A Coach teleclass program will not only be an informational resource for you, but will give you an experience of ‘virtual learning and training’.

This program is presented in TeleClass format for anyone who understands the value of strengthening themselves and their life, in order to accomplish more at an easier pace. Foundational and Comprehensive Programs for ICF Certification
Core Essentials Program™ (CEP) TeleClass Program
If you have a strong desire to learn foundational coach training skills as conveniently as possible, you’ve come to the right place. The Core Essentials Program™ will introduce you to the core coaching competencies and skills required to effectively coach others. After completing this foundational program, participants may upgrade into Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program or Corporate Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program to learn personal, business and corporate advanced skills. This program meets the academic requirements for the ACC certification through the ICF.

Advanced Coaching Program™ (ACP) TeleClass Program
The individual who wishes to become a professional Coach — or just develop exceptional coaching skills — will register in Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program™ (ACP), the most comprehensive and effective training program for new and experienced coaches. This program is required to become a Coach U Certified Graduate (CUCG). The CUCG program and designation is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). For a full description click here. The Coaching Clinic® Facilitator Licensing Program (CCLP)
Companies with large training departments find it cost-effective to have internal professionals trained and licensed to deliver The Coaching Clinic® to company employees. CCU s Senior Coach Associates can conduct an internal train the trainer for the company. This program is also available to coaches who wish to become licensed to deliver the Coaching Coach.

Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (PCSI)
A one-day workshop package designed for coaches, trainers, leaders, and consultants on how to use to boost the effectiveness of coaching conversations.
The inventory is a tool that identifies four principal communication style traits and explains why and how these natural tendencies influence behaviour and interaction during coaching conversations. With an understanding of these styles, you can better tailor their communications to suit individual and team needs.
